The biggest perk for me is the location. I’m about 39 steps from Sephora, which is hard to beat. Common areas are clean and housekeeping is always around! Management has been great and really responsive, which makes a big difference. It definitely has a “club living” vibe, and the social aspect is probably the biggest perk. If you work from home, it honestly feels like a co-working club with all the shared spaces available.

The view, the events, and the amenities are what initially sold me ! However, when I found out Cortland was taking over I knew this would be home! They are very responsive and quick to handle any needs I have here. Lastly, some of the most friendly staff (leasing and concierge) that I am building genuine relationships with! And not to mention the BAR. Having a bar in house with coffee, wine, and spirits is a game changer! We have thee friendliest staff, parties, and events that keep community pulled together !!!!

I’ve had a great experience living at 3700m for past 7 years. The apartment complex is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with excellent amenities like the pool, gym, sauna, cold plunge and most importantly a huge community gathering area to network and make new friends, building frequently organizes events. The location is unbeatable — good restaurants/shops in West Village and close to Katy trail for the digital detox. My apartment itself is bright, modern with plenty of storage space. Huge shout-out to Taylor as the Operations Manager and the best barista/bartender ever!

Living here has been an absolutely wonderful experience. I cannot recommend this building enough to anyone looking to meet new people and be part of a fun community. There is truly something for everyone, from workout classes and holistic wellness events to wine nights, dinner gatherings, and so many more fun events. The atmosphere is unlike any other apartment building in Dallas. 3700M is more than just a place to live. It is a place where you can grow your social circle, prioritize your well-being, and actually enjoy your evenings after work.

Been living here since 2024 and it’s been a great experience. The location is key - close to everything including Sephora and very walkable. The team is responsive, the space is always well kept and there’s a real sense of community here. Dinners, brunches, real gym and so many top tier classes. It is more than an apartment complex.

I’ve been living here for a little over a year now and also have my office in the building, so I see the place at all hours and in all different contexts. Honestly, that’s probably the biggest reason I feel comfortable recommending it — it’s consistent. What I appreciate most is that it doesn’t feel like a typical apartment building. There’s a real sense of community if you want to tap into it, but it’s not forced. The shared spaces are actually usable (which isn’t always the case elsewhere), and the programming has gotten noticeably better over time. Having my office here has also been a game changer. It’s easy to transition between work and downtime without feeling like you’re stuck in one environment all day. The team is present and responsive, and you can tell they’re actively trying to improve things rather than just maintain. It’s not perfect, but it’s one of the few places I’ve lived where the experience actually matches what was promised — and in some ways has gotten better in my second year.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place genuinely surprised me. From the moment I walked in, everything felt really well thought out not just the space itself, but the overall experience. The atmosphere is welcoming without trying too hard, and you can tell there’s attention to detail in how everything is run. What stood out most to me was how consistent everything felt. Service was smooth, the environment was clean and comfortable, and it just had a good energy to it. It’s the kind of place you end up staying longer than you planned. Definitely planning to come back, and I’ve already recommended it to a couple friends.

My partner and I have lived here for a year and a half and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The location is convenient, the amenities are excellent, and the building feels safe at all times (shoutout to the great concierge team). Like any communal living environment, the shared spaces can occasionally fall short of spotless and could be cleaner. To keep it real, someone is always gonna be a slob and it is a downside of communal living. Many residents have voiced their concerns on this matter and management has definitely stepped up to the plate recently! And speaking of management: not only is our management team very hands on, the owners are deeply invested in this community, always open to feedback, and make it clear that the resident experience is a real priority for them. Cool building. Great community events. Probably only place that has community type stuff in Dallas . Cold plunge. Sauna. They have food every Thursday and Sunday and great baristas. Like Loro’s and Shuggs, waffles. Kinda annoying that the doors lock themselves sometimes if you leave the key a lot. Concierge will open it but sometimes they charge. They answer maintence requests same day usually. I enjoy sitting by the fire at night and walking to get burgers and whatever fitness thing on class pass in the area. Shouts to tay-tay for cooking up all my weird requests for coffee

I have lived at 3700M since this building was being built as the high rise wasn’t finished yet and I settled for mid rise I will say Taylor who manages our 7th floor is the best thing that has ever happened to this building since I have been here from 2015 and present with the events, 7th floor management, etc. Cheers 🍻 🥂 Amazing to T !! - GZ

I have lived in West Village since 2016 at three different apartments. 3700 M is hands down the best living experience. The building is involved and responds to feedback. The community provides plenty of opportunities depending on your interests. Ella and her team offer a wide range of weekly social events and workout classes to attend. Gil has put a lot of effort into renovating the building to have areas where people can come together, and it has created numerous friendships. The location, amenities & people could not be better. For a young professional in Dallas looking to be around likeminded people, I would recommend this place over any other apartment.

I’ve had a great experience living at 3700M and honestly don’t understand some of the recent negative reviews. A lot of the “overpriced” complaints feel pretty unfounded when you actually factor in what you’re getting. The amenities are top-notch, the building is well maintained, the neighbors are respectful, and the location is hard to beat. A big shoutout to the manager, Jeff — he’s been awesome to work with. Responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents having a good experience, which goes a long way. The staff overall has been solid, and day-to-day living here has been smooth. Like any upscale building, it’s not for everyone, but some people just like to complain or get a little unreasonably snobby. If you value quality, convenience, and a well-run property, 3700M absolutely delivers.

I moved into 3700M recently and I’ve honestly been loving it. My apartment itself is the first thing that sold me. The renovations are done really well and the whole place has this clean, modern look that still feels warm. It doesn’t feel like a cookie-cutter unit at all, which I really appreciate. What I wasn’t expecting is how much I’d enjoy the community here. I started going to the game nights and they’re actually fun, not awkward. It’s such an easy way to meet people after work without feeling like you’re “trying” to. The stretch and sound classes have become my favorite part of the week. They’re super relaxing and make the building feel like a little wellness retreat. I didn’t think I’d care much about the “events” when I moved in, but it’s become one of the reasons I like living here so much. It actually feels like a place people want to be.

Living at 3700M has been a great experience. The gym is genuinely impressive. Everything is Technogym, it’s clean, the equipment feels brand new, and it actually motivates you to work out. It feels more like a private fitness club than a typical apartment gym. The events and classes are another thing I really love. There is always something happening. Some days it’s a workout class, other days it’s a social event or something fun after work. It makes it very easy to meet people and feel connected to the building. Overall, 3700M feels like a place that cares about its residents. The amenities are strong, the atmosphere is positive and it truly feels like a community.

I’ve had such a great experience with the staff at 3700M since moving in at this property. The Cortland management team has been friendly and highly responsive. I recently asked one of the property owners if I could get some help hanging drapes as I was having difficulty and Edward Aguirre came over from another Cortland property just to help. Edward was absolutely wonderful and even asked if I needed help hanging anything else while he was there. It’s so nice to have maintenance staff who are not only skilled but also genuinely kind and respectful. Thank you to Edward and the whole team for making this such a great place to live!

3700M is an incredible building. There are so many activities including happy hours, pickle ball mixers, free amazing exercise classes, free brunch and swim parties. I have met so many nice people BECAUSE of being in the building and look forward to many more years of all the great things this building offers. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. There is no place to live like 3700M.
